This should be available for most primary tables but may be turned off for smaller tables. If available the following wheel will appear in the top right of the screen.

Left clicking on the wheel will reveal a similar menu to this ( there may be variation between roles and screens, regardless, it should be similar to the following )

To perform an advanced search select ADVANCED SEARCH. After selection what you see will depend on the list that you are aiming to search. Full Casks will show the following.

Each label on the left represents the field that will be searched. The next lookup field allows to define how the filter will occur. The options are

Selecting between will result in a new field appearing that will allow you to define the upper filter boundary. Searches can be made on single or multiple fields. In practice it is rare that anymore than a single value is required. This advanced search option is designed to be avalilable on all of the main tables.
