Login to Cask Inventory Database as you would normally.
Observe on the top line there is a menu item called Transportation

Now navigate to Transportation Runs (Edit and Create)

You should be presented with a list screen similar to the following – this screen shows all of the transportation runs where they have come to and gone from and how many casks where transported in each run. We are now going to create a new run – this will form the basic record from which we can add or remove casks.

Hit the ADD NEW button.

Now you can fill out as you see fit.. Please note that there are defaults for Filler For / Distillery of Filling / Spirit Make and Spirit Type. See the developer should you wish these defaults changed. As an example I will create a new run and call it EXAMPLE-TRANSPORTATION-RUN as below.
After saving and going back to the list this will appear at the bottom of your list (depending on the sort order)

Now hit the light blue button and make sure you are on the tab marked
ADD AND SUBTRACT CASKS FROM TRANSPORTATION RUN
As follows;

Hit add New and a popup similar to the following should appear.

Ensure that the cursor is in the field Calc cask no and accurately start typing the calculated cask no and wait for the cask to be found. When it appeared below the field then select it using your mouse.

Simply saving the record without having selected the returned result will not work correctly so ensure prior to save you have something like the following.

Keep saving and keep inputing calculated cask numbers until you have attached all the casks to be on the run. Here as an example I put in three 190001 / 190002 and 190003.
Closing the pop up it should be as follows.

It is now necessary to refresh the browser.
After refreshing the browser open up the blue tab on the example run.

Another way of seeing this bottom information is to go to Transportation / Transportation Statistics – This list gives valuable information for the haulier in terms of statistics for weight.

And here is what results. the new run along with cumulative statistics will appear at the bottom. These statistics are the same as at the foot of the blue tab list of casks.
