Given the correct role you want to select the following button.
This takes you through to a screen that lists not only all of the casks but also shows links to other important details.
On the left of this picture you can see a series of numbers
For an individual users can see the sub records by selecting the circle in question – here I select the circle furthest to the left.
In our example there are a variety of numbers within circles these indicate how many child records there are for that particular item. Note in theory there is no limit to the number of children a particular record can have.
The next tab cask dates and notes allow notes to be added to individual casks here we have two example notes. To navigate to that tab you can either select the green number using your mouse or navigate using the tab.
In some instances there may either be a blank space or the number 0 highlighted in a colour. Either option indicates no child records.
At any point if you go into the CASK CONTACTS tab 
and hit the 
button
This will allow you to select multiple people to link to a cask. In order to link the people they must first be listed in the CRM
