From version 1.66 we introduced certification screens that are designed to allow production and the cask custodian to manage the process of sending out cask ownership certificates.
On opening version 1.80 on the front screen you should see the following;
Here towards the bottom please observe the following two buttons.
Let us first select the All Casks Certificates and the following screen will appear.
This screen shows all of the casks both filled and not filled that have primary cask owners along with four columns created to monitor the certificate process.
On the right hand side of the screen notice 5 columns. The idea behind this is that for each cask you would like a certificate sent out tick the Certificate List field and enter a date in the Certificate List date field. The screen is designed to have sufficient information to fill out something called a cask certificate. On completion of the certificate the Certificate done by and Certificate date should be completed.

To alter these five columns you can either press the edit symbol on the left (looks like a pen) or you can use the inline edit button on the left (which looks like a pen in a square).
Please note there is now a button called certificate list this is very similar to the All Cask Certificates the only difference being there is a filter on it that only shows records that have the Certificate List field ticked.
